Averie….I want those chia seeds 'cause I gotta make this pudding now! I have not tried that cocoa stevia yet, just bought NuNaturals Vanilla and I love it (maybe love it more than my Sweetleaf brand) This pudding looks fab!

  22. I recently bought chia seeds and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I made your chocolate chia pudding and it's delicious!! Thank you :) I'm starting to check out the raw diet a bit more, and I recommended your blog this week on my blog!

  23. Averie, your recipes are always so simple — few ingredients, but bafflingly yummy. Going to try the chia pudding today for sure… Thanks!

LOVE puddings and mousses – especially when chocolate is involved! :-D

  30. Mmm can't go wrong with a chocolate pudding with a healthy twist. I always have pudding or a mousse (from jell-o) at least once a week. I love 'em!

  31. Anything chocolate is awesome, but I think I prefer pudding over mousse!

  32. I love anything chocolate. I would consider making this recipe if I win the 2lbs chia seed

  33. I love puddings & mousses, especially raw vegan ones :) and I think chocoalte chia seed pudding tastes like cocoa krispies, especially when you make it with almond mylk and vanilla! sooo yummy!

  34. I just made this because I have never made a pudding with chia seeds…I put it in two shot glasses for me and my hubby tonight Thanks!!!

  35. Looks good!

  36. Generally I'm not a pudding girl but there's something I really like about the texture chis seeds.

  37. I cannot handle rice pudding…something about the texture. So, I'm interested to see how chia pudding would play out. It looks so good and so I'm definitely going to try it!
I love mousse too..soo foamy and light and yummm!!

  38. I don't love mousses but I do like pudding!

  39. I just made this last night, woo! Finally got some chia seeds, and this was the first thing I made with them :] When I figured the nutritionals later, I was pleasantly surprised at how much protein was in this one little batch. It was delicious, too!

  40. This chia pudding recipe looks really good and delicious! Can't feel guilty about a pudding with healthy benefits of the chia seed!

  41. Sadly, I'm not a big pudding or mousse fan. I don't like the consistency of pudding mousse…I just don't like it.

  42. Pudding is okay, it's not something I crave due to texture but I wonder if the chia seeds added in will make a huge difference.

  43. I do like pudding and chocolate. This sounds awesome!

  44. I love puddings and mousses, especially when they include Chia Seeds
