Thanks so much for this pudding recipe! I've been needing a healthy, vegan recipe for dessert, and what better ingredient than chia seeds! I made it last night, and it was fantastic!

Thanks for the recipe! I'm trying to eat more raw but suffer from an extreme addiction to all things cereal, oatmeal, granola, etc and chia puddings are proving to be a great alternative!

Averie….I want those chia seeds 'cause I gotta make this pudding now! I have not tried that cocoa stevia yet, just bought NuNaturals Vanilla and I love it (maybe love it more than my Sweetleaf brand) This pudding looks fab!

I recently bought chia seeds and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I made your chocolate chia pudding and it's delicious!! Thank you :) I'm starting to check out the raw diet a bit more, and I recommended your blog this week on my blog!

Mmm can't go wrong with a chocolate pudding with a healthy twist. I always have pudding or a mousse (from jell-o) at least once a week. I love 'em!

Anything chocolate is awesome, but I think I prefer pudding over mousse!

I just made this last night, woo! Finally got some chia seeds, and this was the first thing I made with them :] When I figured the nutritionals later, I was pleasantly surprised at how much protein was in this one little batch. It was delicious, too!

Sadly, I'm not a big pudding or mousse fan. I don't like the consistency of pudding mousse…I just don't like it.

Pudding is okay, it's not something I crave due to texture but I wonder if the chia seeds added in will make a huge difference.
