    Well, yes, of course I want to win some free coconut oil! I use it now for pan frying (I especially love it for frying plantains) and I would certainly love to try it in the cashew butter you posted earlier!

    I use coconut oil for everything! I love it especially for baked sweet potato fries and I spray it on all roasted and grilled veggies – YUM!

    I would make all kinds of raw chocolate goodies like your peppermint patties a definitley the cashew butter! omg I saw the picture and actually drooled! Also I use coconut oil on my skin and its my go-to oil for most cooking applications! one day when I grow up…I want to live in a coconut tree!
