My favorite snacks are usually related to breakfast foods…VOO, Green Monsters, bananas/apples and nut butter. Or ya know…just taking a spoon to a jar of almond butter usually works well. :)

I recently got a jar of coconut peanut butter from Tropical Traditions. That stuff is the BEST when mixed with a little splenda and smothered on some apples. The apples have to be fresh, crisp, and COLD though. The cold part is important – it makes the PB get cold and dense like frosting. YUMM.
