Coconut Oil Giveaway

I’ve been using Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil quite a bit lately.

Just this week I made No Bake Coconut & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites with it.

And recently I’ve made:

Chocolate Coconut Kale Chips

Chocolate Coconut Cashew Butter

Raw Vegan Coconut Oil Chocolate

Roasted Coconut Ginger & Peanut Butter Carrots

Vegan Gluten Free Pancakes

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Coconut Oil Protein Bars (Vegan, GF)

Chocolate Macaroons (Vegan, GF, no dehydrator required)

And there are so many other recipes that I use coconut oil in.

I have a whole Coconut Oil Recipes Post!

Maybe you’d like to win some coconut oil for yourself?

Tropical Traditions is providing one 32-oz jar of their virgin coconut oil for one lucky reader.

You have me absolutely hooked on the raw vegan chocolate. There was a point where I was making it on a weekly basis! (Thanks for that, by the way! haha). I’ve also wanted to try it in my hair, and hope to try the coconut chocolate cashew butter next time I have a get together planned.

I subscribed to their newsletter, and just this past weekend, I made no bake cookies using coconut oil instead of butter. I used this recipe with some substitutions (coconut milk instead of soy milk, coconut oil instead of margarine, almond butter instead of peanut butter. They were pretty good. I added way more oats than the recipe called for, but they were still quite good!)

lOve, love, love coconut oil. I use it to bake, spread on toast, you name it. It is so much healthier and nice to use. It cooks up easy as well.
