how great! I don’t think I’ve been to the Taste of Adams Avenue before (but definitely taste of little italy.. yumm)! The most recent fair I went to was the Sicilian Festival here in Little Italy. I’m going to try to make it to the Del Mar Fair too b/c it’s always so much fun! Do you go to the fair too?

The last fair or festival I attended was the San Diego County Fair on Saturday! I’m all about the sun & shopping… not the food :)

Hmm…I can’t remember what the last fair or festival was…but the last party was my bachelorette party, does that count?

I totally shouldn’t go to this since it’s the weekend before my wedding…but if it’s free…who am I to turn THAT down ;-)

    Hi Avery!
I love your blog =) We went to a birthday party last Saturday for our friend’s daughters, ages 1 and 4. We’ve never been to the Taste of Adams but my friend Lisa owns Viva Pops!

I’ve been to the Taste of Italy in San Diego. Also, at Cal Poly SLO there is this event called “green chef” which is a fundraiser for Real Food Club. A bunch of students get together and it’s like a healthy-real food theme iron chef. Students cook and bring their dishes and other students are “judges” by paying 7 dollars and you choose most creative, most sustainable, and most real; it is very fun and tasty!

I think the last one I went to was Fiesta Del Sol! Or maybe it was Art Around Adams. Or was it the International Food Fest at Balboa Park? I go to all of them! Except the County Fair. It frightens me, what with all that traffic, and it seems so overcrowded :P Have you been yet? Wondering if I am right…?!

Hi! I love your blog! Just started following you today…found you on Food Gawker. I just “liked” you on FB. My husband and I love to go to the Mercato in Littly Italy on Saturdays…it’s not a festival, fair or party…oh, but it is!
