I want to win this because I am too self-conscious to take classes at a gym or studio…I know I need to get over it! Maybe if I win this and can “get good” in the privacy of my own home then I’ll be brave enough to join some classes!

oh my gosh I would LOVE to win this! I’m studying abroad in the fall and it would be so great to have some workout-type DVDS to take with me so that I can keep up a (semi-regular) exercise routine when I’m there (since I really doubt I’ll have access to a gym, and I’m not yet sure how safe it will be to run in the area).

I know we only have to answer ONE of the questions, but I’ll also answer about my favorite way to exercise because I just love it so much! I enjoy practically everything, especially if it involves being outside (SKIING, running, biking, swimming, etc.), and I also just love variety! That way I never get bored :)

My favorite thing about incorporating fitness into life is finding new activities and disciplines to practice! I get bored of the same old things every day, so the more variety the better. I’ve danced on and off my whole life, but I’ve never really done any barre work, so I’d love to try this.

I already follow you on Twitter (of course!) … but my favorite way to workout is to run. I love running and it’s my me-time.

On the weekends though, I like to skip the gym and do a video workout at home. This is where the Barre DVDs would come in :) I hope I win! When I lived in Chicago, my favorite workout of all time were the Bar Method classes … and so I’m sure I’d just looove the Barre DVDs you’re giving away b/c it’s the same type of exercises. Fingers are crossed!

I incorporate fitness and exercise into my life by choosing to take the stairs whenever I can, walking instead of taking public transit when I can, and catching up with friends by going on long walks with them.

I want to win the Barre3 DVD because I think this DVD will be a fun, new way to exercise. I have always wanted to try it!

oh…my favorite way to exercise is by taking group fitness classes…aerobic kickboxing, spin..it’s all good.
i love teaching fitness classes when i can, as well!
unfortunately, i do not have a gym membership at the moment, so group fitness classes aren’t happening..so, working out at home is next best for me. Barre 3 would help with that. ;-)

My favorite way to incorporate fitness into my life is to keep mixing it up all the time! I never follow the same routine week to week. I do whatever I feel like, which might include biking (outside or cycle studio), running/jogging/walking, yoga, pilates, hip-hop groove class, strength or cable class, strength on my own, volleyball…. it never gets boring!

I’ve been SO motivated and on point with my workouts, I love it! My routine lately has been to incorporate HIIT, yoga and running. With the HIIT I try to add some weight training so it’s been good. I’ve heard great things about the bar routine and I’ve been very intrigued by it! I definitely would love to do something that’s different than my “norm”.

My favorite workout would be Zumba classes! It’s just a lot of fun, and not only do you get a great workout, but you have fun , make some friends at the same time.
Unfortunately I’m trying to save money, so I’m not going to the gym right now. My go to workout at home is to use some free weights along with abwork, pull-ups, and lunges/squats.
