Organic Raw Honey Giveaway
Recently I received some Tropical Traditions Raw Honey
100% Organic
Raw
Wild
Unprocessed
See that 100% Organic honey on the bottom there
From the Tropical Traditions site:
Tropical Traditions Organic Raw Honey has not been subjected to the heat of processing, only warmed enough to flow (same temperatures the honey would see inside the hive). We select only premium honey that is pure, smooth and creamy, with the consistency of soft margarine at harvest. It contains live yeast and enzymes, because it has not been processed. It also contains pollen because it has not been filtered—merely screened.
The Tropical Traditions honey is amazing!
It’s not like the honey you buy that looks like this.
Regular “grocery store” honey has no where near the wonderful flavor that raw honey has.
Raw honey is full-bodied, rich, smooth. You just have to try it.
I love honey and use it in my:
You can use honey, agave, or maple syrup in No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Protein Bars
And really in most any place I use agave in my recipes, such as in Raw Vegan Dark Chocolate Fudge Balls
Or High Raw Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls
…Feel free to try honey!
I also discussed the honey + veganism issue here

I have a fruit dip that I make with raw honey! I used to get raw honey from a college classmate of mine but she stopped beekeeping. So sad! We use raw honey in so many ways from cooking to homeopathic first aid. I mix it with ginger and lemon juice to help with my tummy troubles too!
