Being from the desert (New Mexico) I have never had the priviledge of getting to taste very much good seafood. My mom grew up in California though and tells me frequently how good it really is. I would LOVE to be able to try non-canned tuna or REAL crab meat!! :)

My mom has this delicious recipe for fish filets baked with yogurt and parmesan, which I plan on making on my days off from work.

I would use the $150 for crab legs. I love them so much but they’re so expensive, so I rarely ever get to eat them.

Everything on the site looks wonderful!! I would love to enjoy Andersons caviar, crab, salmon, oh my!!! I can just visualize how good the caviar would taste with a dollop of cream fraiche, each bit of caviar bursting open making me swoon with ” oh my gosh, I’m in heaven. Is this for real?” I am a true seafood lover. Really, any seafood item from Andersons would make me scream for culinary joy!!

I don’t eat seafood, but my husband loves it! He grew up a mile from the ocean with a dad who was a professional fisherman, so he’s incredibly picky and refuses to buy seafood at restaurants (unless it’s their specialty) or at grocery stores because he just *knows* it won’t live up to his expectations. It would be great to give him this to try Anderson seafoods and see if he likes their seafood, since we’re Californians and it would be kind of local (even though we’re in NorCal). I think he would want to try the shrimp and scallops, and also maybe the salmon and halibut.

I.adore.seafood. If I were the lucky winner, I would devour some plump scallops in a heartbeat. Scallops are just about my favorite food on this planet and Anderson’s “wild and natural” scallops are calling my name! Lovely giveaway, Averie!
