I recently received a sampler pack from Erin Baker’s

Including a Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Breakfast Cookie

    My favorite healthy breakfast is a bowl of oat bran with cinnamon, vanilla extract, banana, and a scoop of vanilla soy protein powder! I could eat it every single morning, it’s delicious!

    Definitely oatbran cooked with vanilla pea protein,flax,cinnamon and pb. If I am feeling extra decadent a few cinnamon streusel soy crisps thrown in =)

    My favorite healthy breakfast is actually your microwave oat cake! I make mine with blueberries (your original recipe) or with rasins and walnuts. They’re so fast to make and it’s a great breakfast-to-go!

    Yogurt with raw oats, fruit and chia seeds is tied for the position of favorite breakfast along with cinnamon raison Ezekiel bread with Justin’s Maple Almond butter!

    Those look yum! This reminds me, I need to try out making those snack bars.

    I like my cookies dark chocolate chip, or sometimes with chocolate/peanut butter chips. I like my brownies dark chocolate. With chunks. Maybe some added peanut butter. I’m def a chocolate+peanut butter girl. MMMMMmmmmm.

    Have you tried the (free!) Adobe Photoshop app? I recommend it. Also didja know WordPress has an app (also free!), which is great for blogging on the go?

    My definite favorite breakfast would be oatmeal with a dash of vanilla, sliced banana and a glob of almond butter!

    As far as cookies, I love Pumpkin Chocolate Chip!

    Favorite healthy breakfast = fiber one/protein pancakes.
    I take 1/2 a cup of fiber one pancake mix, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, add some water. Cook them than gobble them up with some organic honey. mmmmm!

    My current favorite breakfast is overnight oatmeal using coconut milk with a scoop of cocoa powder mixed in and shredded coconut and coconut butter on top ~ YUM!

    Hmm, I’m definitely a fruit-for-breakfast person; I like to start light in the morning and then have heavier foods later in the day (like your Microwave PB Choc protein bars, I tried them last week, so good!). I do like kasha and oat groat porridge though :)

    I’m a big fan of sweet things for breakfast, so I make it healthy by eating oatmeal – baked or cooked the traditional way – with some fruit, nut butter, and I usually add some chocolate or other sweet treet on top :-)
