I recently received a sampler pack from Erin Baker’s

Including a Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Breakfast Cookie

I’m a fan of breakfast bars, snacks, and goodies that use oats.  And peanut butter and chocolate never hurt either.

    My favorite healthy breakfast definitely has to include nut butter, apple, and oatmeal. So good! And I love dense, chewy cookies, brownies, basically anything. If sweet and chocolate or nut butter is involved I’m all over it!

    My favorite breakfast right now is Bob’s Red Mill Museli (cooked on stove)with a tablespoon of puree pumpkin mixed in and some pumpkin spice sprinkled on top. Very filling with 8 grams of proteins with the nuts and seeds! Looking for a good Museli recipe I can make gluten free currently!

    My favorite breakfast is oatmeal, oatmeal, oatmeal. I can’t get enough of it! I love to eat it with ground flaxseeds mixed in topped with berries, nuts and soymilk.

    Hi. My usual breakfast is multigrain flax cereal with hemp, chia & flax seeds, cacao nibs, bananas and/or blueberries & soy milk. Yum. If that isn’t available I have Overnight oats with a variety of yummy ingredients. I have a lot of favorite snacks, but if it has peanut butter AND chocolate, I’ll probably opt for that. But I do enjoy a nice cold bowl of watermelon this time of year.

    My favorite healthy snack includes either greek yogurt mixed with fruit and mixed nuts, a protein bar and fruit, a homemade cookie, or hot/cold cereal (such as oatmeal with syrup and nutbutter)

    I’ve been popping over here for a while but hadn’t yet commented. I love Erin’s Breakfast Cookies, though, so had to make the change! My favorite breakfast is oats with peanut butter and cinnamon. Delish! I also made your flourless pb cookies this weekend and added cocoa. Also great! Thanks!

    My v. favorite healthy breakfast would probably be egg white omelet with spinach, tomato, and some feta!! Toss in a side of rye toast and voila, I’m a happy clam!

    My favorite breakfast is always overnight oats. I change the ingredients every day and it feels like a different (healthy) indulgence each time. My favorite recently was coconut milk, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut to make an almond joy flavor. :)

    I would have to say that my favorite healthy breakfast is my “Frosty” Smoothie. It’s vanilla almond milk, chocolate protien powder, frozen banana, and dark chocolate cocoa powder (and occasionally peanut butter). It is so incredibly creamy it’s hard to believe it’s good for you! If you add less milk it becomes the consistency of ice cream, and the best part: it’s vegan!!

    I like my brownies fudgy but still cakey, with melty chocolate chips inside, and a little crackle on the crust on top. I like pieces from the middle of the pan–not a fan of brownie end pieces.

    My favourite healthy breakfast is a protein smoothie, made with a scoop of soy protein powder, unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 banana, 1tsp chia seed, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4cup berries, 1 scoop amazing grass, 1 tsp carob powder and a big handful of spinach. Nutritious, filling, delicious and for just about 200 calories!

    My favorite breakfast is anything that includes nut butter, be it pancakes, bars, oatmeal, yogurt. I eat a lot of different nut butters and have about 5 or so jars. :)

    My favorite healthy breakfast is my parfait breakfast jar! I take a mason jar and put in 1/4cup of Trader Joe’s non-fat plain greek yogurt, berries, 1/4 cup of oatmeal, homemade nut butter,another 1/4 of greek yogurt, more berries and then topped with homemade granola! It is so good and so filling!!!
