  11. Sometimes it’s really hard to get protein in your diet as a vegetarian, but I drink a lot of organic milk along with lots & lots of beans!(:
    The energy protein drinks sound super yummi!

  16. I make my own protein/boost smoothie with unsweetened cocoa, peanut butter, hemp milk, and amazing grass wheat grass powder :). But when I’m on the go I do love Odwalla bars

  17. I love whey protein powder for protein shakes, or larabars for a bar!

  18. My favorite way to incorporate protein is with greek yogurt and dry-roasted edamame. Quick and easy.

  19. I love to mix my vanilla protein powder in greek yogurt. It makes a 37g of protein snack! This spiced chai protein looks delicious though!
