    I’m not sure how much protein is in a Clif Mojo bar, but I will often grab one of those when I’m out running errands and don’t want to succumb to the call of Fast Food.

    Sometimes it’s really hard to get protein in your diet as a vegetarian, but I drink a lot of organic milk along with lots & lots of beans!(:

    I make my own protein/boost smoothie with unsweetened cocoa, peanut butter, hemp milk, and amazing grass wheat grass powder :). But when I’m on the go I do love Odwalla bars

    I love to mix my vanilla protein powder in greek yogurt. It makes a 37g of protein snack! This spiced chai protein looks delicious though!
