My favorite way to incorporate protein into my diet is through nut butters or Greek yogurt. Both are two of my favorite foods!

Vegetarian here and while I do eat protein bars they’re not my fav.

I love adding tempeh in stir fries, on paninis, or even tossed in salad.

Greek yogurt is another great protein source. Perfect for breakfast with a bit of trail mix or granola, and also a good snack or dessert. Even my 5 year old digs it.

I’m a huge fan of egg and cheese on whole grain bread and chocolate milk as a protein/nutrition boost on race days.

I haven’t tried this brand before, but I’m definitely intrigued. Spiced chai looks good. And who can say no to chocolate and cappuccino (hint: not me)?

I incorporate protein in my diet mainly through dairy products and eggs, and on occasion, lean, organic meats. I also eat a good bit of protein powder. I’d love to try these natural drinks! :)

My way of getting in more protein is rather plebeian — I chow down on a steak or a slab of salmon. Nom nom! I love eggs and Greek yogurt though. Protein ice cream is yummy from time to time though!

I usually make my own “protein” bars at home by mixing nuts and dried fruit into an oatmeal bar. My usual protein source however is to combine black beans and brown rice yummmmm :)

The drinks look so DE-licious. French vanilla and chocolate look amazing, in fact they ALL do :)
