Reusable Bamboo Bottle Giveaway

I recently received a Bamboo Bottle

They are made from:

glass

renewable bamboo

and HPA-free plastic

They’re also dishwasher safe!

The folks at Bamboo Bottle believe in sustainable sipping.  “We want people to live healthy too, while also being good stewards of our planet. We promote an active lifestyle and firmly believe it’s possible to help the Earth while helping yourself.”

I have both a sigg and a klean kanteen and I prefer the KK because it has a wider mouth… I always spill with the sigg :/ the sig lid doesn’t screw in as well either

Oooh, I love the looks of this bamboo bottle. I pretty much have my camelbak by my side at all times. Something about drinking water through a straw is just more fun. :) And it’s great for the gym because I don’t have to mess around with unscrewing the top.

I use a SIGG bottle now which is great because I try to drink a lot of water, but it gets so cold in the winter. The bamboo one looks like it would solve that problem!

I love my BPA free bottle but it’s a pain to wash by hand. It would be great to toss the glass part in the dishwasher!

I’m using one of those Camelbak sippy-straw bottles. I like all the colors and the fact that I don’t have to untwist and twist the cap off each time, but my straw doesn’t give much water per suck.. haha.

Oohh, I would love this! I currently use a stainless steel bottle that I got from Bed, Bath and Beyond. It’s fine, but if I drop it (which usually happens when I’m in a hurry to get to work), the top pops open and water goes everywhere. Sounds like a minor complaint, but I have done this a few of times and when I’m already in a hurry, I hate having to clean up a puddle of water.

I am currently using an Intak bottle, which is love because it has a little disk around the top that helps you keep track of how many bottles you drink throughout the day. The major con is that it’s plastic and I would love a glass bottle!

If I go out to exercise, I either take a bpa free stainless steel bottle – maybe a SIGG or get bottled water. When at home, it must be in a glass. I hate plastic sports bottles. I can taste the difference. I actually prefer bottled water over the stainless steel bottle because I can also taste the difference but not as bad as bottled water and I keep telling myself to take the SIGG because it’s good for the environment. I only drink water and I refuse to put anything else in these bottles. I can’t stand the idea of juice, etc contaminating the insides of the bottle and the crevices of the cap. I’m really picky about that. Also, it’s hard to remember to take the sigg bottles because it irritates me how easy it’s to lose the rubber lining of the caps and it’ll leak and/or I’ve dropped the bottle or my kids have dropped and now they have dents and it wobbles if I set it on the ground. I would love to try a new type of bottle and see how it fares. :)

Currently, I’m using a water bottle a co-worker for me for Christmas two years ago. It’s from Starbucks, but I don’t know many details about it, but I do know that I do not love it because a) it lost some pieces after 2 washings and b) the lid on the thing gets smelly pretty quick.

I usually use glass Mason jars, or (emptied, cleaned) almond butter jars. They work well and don’t make my water or other beverage taste weird. Glass is even safe for hot and acidic liquids, so they work for tea too. The drawbacks are that glass is heavy and sometimes it breaks. And if you just made the tea, sometimes the jar can be pretty hot.

These bamboo bottles look fantastic for water and other cool beverages. I would love to win one!

I have a bobble refilleable water bottle with a filter in the cap. The only downside is that it is ver thin and the plastic bends when you squeeze it (and doesnt reform!) It also whistles when you drink from it. But it works!!
