My goal is to lift weights 2 times a week. It’s always the first thing to go when I am busy, but I need to lift to keep my bones healthy.

I set out my clothes the night before. Personally I have trouble making myself do it. I plan to work out 3 times a week in 2012 and stick with it. Hopefully this continues to help me keep on track!

I tweeted!!! My goal is to maintain my fitness level. I placed 5/900 in my age class in an adventure race in Sept. I am doing it again in March and am under some pressure to rock it again!

I look low you on fb. I find it easier to do my workout around 4-6am. It’s easy to get distracted as the day progresses.
