    So I’ve followed on Facebook (I already follow LV&Y on FB) and posted on Twitter and repinned one of your pins and my number one home workout tip is:- *drumroll*

    “Little and often”

    If you have a 20 minute workout or yoga practice you are far more likely to do it daily than a 90 minute one. Plus it’s better to do 20 mins a day than 90 mins once a week.

    I have enjoyed a few too many tequilas, bowls of guacamole, veggie tacos and fresh doughnuts on the beach over this past month. (I am going to miss those fresh doughnuts on the beach!).

    So I need this. :D

    I find it pretty easy to work out at home, all I need to do is schedule it within my day!

    – consistently workout at least 5 days/week
    – take a yoga class at least once a week (or do at home)
    – be able to do crow pose
