I absolutely love coconut oil–the fragrance sends me into a tizzy every time! My favorite way of using it is to roast vegetables, but I also love to spread it on warm toast and watch it melt before consuming happily…don’t judge!!

I am already subscribed to their newsletter. I use coconut oil in raw chocolate (yours is my go-to recipe) and my granola. I actually use it as a lotion for my daughter’s poor little chapped face…works like a charm!

I signed up for the newsletter! I’ve never had coconut oil, so that’s why I am really hoping that luck will be on my side. After doing lots of research on the benefits of coconut oil, I am absolutely amazed! If I win, I will use it to make your chocolate peanut butter cups! =)

My favorite way to use coconut oil is when making delicious vegan gluten free muffins. It makes them smell really good!
