I don’t really do New Year’s resolutions but I am (as always) trying to lose weight. I think I am finally in the right frame of mind this time. Starting with the 30 day shred and food logging. Have lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks so far. Pretty happy with that!

Hi, thank you for such an awesome opportunity!
I like to continuously make resolutions throughout the year instead of one time a year, so currently my resolution is to lower my stress and anxiety levels at work! So far, with effective planning and actively prepping work way before its due, I have been able to succeed!

I had a neck injury that kept me from running or working out the second half of the year….so my new years resolution is to get back to running – specifically to half marathon shape and injury free. I am going about it by having a specific running plan to adhere to each week that also allows me to cross train, do yoga and flex a bit all with the support of my wonderful fiance. I’ve also signed up for several intermediate distance runs (5k, 10k, 15k) to do to help keep me motivated and on track as well as to have small successes along the way to the main one! So far so good…..

I’ve been doing so well with my resolutions this year! I used to add salt to just about everything I ate, but I haven’t touched the salt shaker in a month! I’ve also been adding more strength training and Yoga to my workouts. So far, so good!
