NuNaturals Stevia Giveaway
Do you like stevia? Do you love stevia?
I do.
I brought stevia with me in my suitcase to Aruba.

I try to bring as few food items with me as possible when I travel because they’re heavy and contribute to those pesky overweight baggage fees but stevia, both the white stevia powder and liquid vanilla drops are non-negotiable must-bring items.
Many people kick off the new year with pledges to develop healthier eating habits for the coming year. I do love sugar…

…But using stevia rather than sugar is an easy swap for me.
I use the liquid vanilla stevia drops in everything.
In Vanilla Iced Coffees or in hot coffee, the stevia really enhances the coffee experience. Without it, I don’t enjoy my coffee nearly as much.

Smoothies such as the Creamy Cookie Butter White Chocolate Banana Smoothie can be made with stevia rather than sugar.

I sprinkle white stevia powder on popcorn or add it with cocoa powder and nutritional yeast to make chocolate cheezy popcorn.

You can bake with stevia, too.
Use stevia rather than sugar in White Chocolate Blondies with Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

Omit the sugar and add the NuNaturals Stevia Baking Blend to Baked Vanilla Donuts, i.e. Krispy Kreme style donuts at home

Try swapping out half the sugar in No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Squares (vegan, GF) with stevia.

There are so many ways to use stevia. I have a Stevia Recipes post in case you’re interested in ways to try stevia.
I buy my NuNaturals Stevia from iHerb.com

Enter code AVE630 at checkout to save $5 on your order.
iHerb prices are the best t I’ve found not only on stevia, but on so many other items, and all orders over $40 ship free.
Never pay retail again for things like stevia, nutritional yeast, bulk spices like cinnamon, protein powders or supplements, vitamins, probiotics, and more.

I have never tried stevia but want to try adding it to my daily oats, and sneak if into some of the desserts my sugar toothed daddy enjoys to help him with weight management

I use stevia to naturally sweeten plain fage (0% fat) greek yogurt; which I eat every single day! It gives the greek yogurt a sweet, vanilla taste that is to-die-for. Yum! Also, I include berries and bananas in addition to the stevia (powder or extract) in my yogurt.

Stevia in my coffee and tea (iced or hot), stevia in chia seed “tapioca” pudding. I’d like to learn to bake with it. As always, beautiful photos :)

I’ve never tried stevia, but I would love to start incorporating it into my coffee and baked goods.

I love stevia. I avoid artificial sweeteners. I love that stevia has no calories and is so versatile. Also, it’s supposed to stabilize your blood sugar!

I always put Stevia in my coffee and in muffins. I like putting just a little bit of stevia in breakfast muffins without any other sugar so that I get just a little bit of sweetness without crashing mid-morning!

I’d love to try out stevia in my tea. I’m drinking a lot of it these days and it would be good to cut down on the sugar.
Thanks!

I am a stevia addict – not sure if that is better than a sugar addict but…I digress. I use stevia in almost everything. I put it in my oatbran, shakes, yogurt, coffee/tea, and I bake with it. My favourite lately is a latte made with almond milk, decaf coffee, stevia and protein powder. If you blend it all together with a few ice cubes and put it in the microwave on high for two minutes it foams all up. 10 times better, cheaper, and healthier than any starbucks drink I could ever have.
Enjoyed the blog! ;)
