Do you like stevia?  Do you love stevia?

I do.

I brought stevia with me in my suitcase to Aruba.

I try to bring as few food items with me as possible when I travel because they’re heavy and contribute to those pesky overweight baggage fees but stevia, both the white stevia powder and liquid vanilla drops are non-negotiable must-bring items.

…But using stevia rather than sugar is an easy swap for me.

I use the liquid vanilla stevia drops in everything.

In Vanilla Iced Coffees or in hot coffee, the stevia really enhances the coffee experience.  Without it, I don’t enjoy my coffee nearly as much.

Smoothies such as the Creamy Cookie Butter White Chocolate Banana Smoothie can be made with stevia rather than sugar.

I sprinkle white stevia powder on popcorn or add it with cocoa powder and nutritional yeast to make chocolate cheezy popcorn.

You can bake with stevia, too.

Use stevia rather than sugar in White Chocolate Blondies with Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

Omit the sugar and add the NuNaturals Stevia Baking Blend to Baked Vanilla Donuts, i.e. Krispy Kreme style donuts at home

Try swapping out half the sugar in No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Squares (vegan, GF) with stevia.

    I use stevia in EVERYTHING. I even put a few drops in my stir fry tonight. Yes, that seems ridiculous, but it was a sweet and sour flavor – with ginger and garlic and mustard and STEVIA. :D

    I had an RD mention Stevia to me recently, but I have never tired it. I would love to add it to my tea and hot chocolate or sweeten up my smoothies. Will have to give it a shot.

    PS glad to know I am not the only one who travels with a bit of healthy food. I am heading off on a cruise and have a bag full of healthy snacks (and my own PB)…ha ha!

    I just bought a hazelnut flavored liquid stevia bottle, but i don’t know what to use it in. I’ve already tried it in drinks and oatmeal, but would I be able to bake with it? (substitute for sugar). I’m not sure how it would work out, being liquid and all.

    I plan to surprise my family with delicious baked healthy goods as a treat for being in my life and supporting me with my healthy (about 80% raw) lifestyle. I want to introduce to them the fact that a healthy baked good does not have to taste bland and disgusting, but sweet with nature’s sugar that’s good for your body, mind and spirit.

    I love Stevia and use it in many different things- my favorite things to sweeten with stevia iare my daily cup of tea (which I use powdered for), my green monsters (when you add so many greens and wheatgrass powder some days a couple of drops of vanilla stevia is necessary!) and oatmeal. My mom recommended stevia products to me several months ago and since then I have gifted a box to my diabetic father in law.

    The only thing I haven’t used stevia in is baked goods- I am just waiting for the right recipe to come along!

    obviously, when there is one person on earth that deserves to win this, it would be me because I live in Austria and we dont even have STEVIA – let alone in vanilla flavor. I would absolutely LOVE to try it, I have been wanting to do so forever I just dont know where to get it from :(

    Hey, Averie! I LOVE NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia. It’s all I use. I use it in iced coffee, hot tea, sometimes hot americanos with steamed soy and cinnamon, green smoothies and frozen coconut water. I am addicted to the stuff! YUM! :-)
