There are so many nutrition bars on the market but PureFit nutrition bars are different.
What makes them different?
They are:
all-natural
18 grams soy protein per bar, made with non-GMO soy
high in protein
gluten-free
wheat-free
dairy-free
vegan
kosher
low glycemic
diabetic-friendly
no artificial sweeteners
no hidden carbs
no sugar alcohols
And after all that, they still taste great.
I love snack bars and always have one in my purse, bag, and stashed in the car for those gotta-have-something-now moments that can strike without warning.
I try to make homemade snack bars to save money and control the ingredients. All of the following are no-bake, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, easy to make, and tasty:
Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter & Oat Snack Bars (vegan, GF, soy-free) – small batch, makes just 3 bars
No-Bake Vegan Peanut Butter Protein Bars (no cook, vegan, GF, soy-free)
Peanut Butter and Jelly Chocolate Protein Fudge (vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, no refined sugar added)

I will purchase 1 and try it, I hope to love it because I am looking for a delicious bar!
I wouldn’t touch these PureFit bars. WAY too much sugar. When fructose and agave nectar are listed in the ingredients, it’s a pretty damn good sign that you shouldn’t eat it.
I just tweeted!
