South Beach Bars Sampler Pack Giveaway

The South Beach Diet wants to be sure you’re not deprived of great sweet treats this holiday season and has been busy formulating new bars that are delicious, nutritious, and that won’t derail your healthy strides.

Use ingredients you have on hand and enjoy, from peanut butter to almond butter to sunflower seed butter; to raisins to white chocolate chips to coconut flakes; to M&Ms or Reese’s Pieces for a more candy-like bar; you can customize them very easily with just about anything that strikes your fancy

Sunflower Seed Butter Bars with Chocoalte Drizzle (no-bake, vegan, GF) -They take 10 minutes to make an no refined sugar is added to the dough mixture. Just dates, oats, and sunflower seed butter or try substituting another favorite nut butter

Cinnamon Oatmeal Date Bars with Chocolate Ganache (no-bake, vegan, GF) – Very similar to the Sunflower Seed Butter Bars above, but made with peanut butter and the cinnamon is quite pronounced; like eating bowl of cinnamon-raisin oatmeal, in bar form, that’s been drenched in chocolate two ways

Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter and Oat Snack Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, GF) – Makes just 3 bars in 5 minutes for those times when you need a little something and you need it quickly

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, GF) – These two bars are versions on a theme, with and without coconut oil. They’re customizable with add-ins used and they also make use of any ripe bananas you have

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Coconut Oil Protein Bars (No-Bake, Vegan, GF)

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls (no-bake, vegan, GF) – A favorite easy and healthy snack that can be made in just minutes. They taste just like real cookie dough but no added sugar, gluten-containing flour, butter, or eggs are used. Try not to eat them all at once

  14. I stay healthy by planning ahead. If I plan healthy meals on the off-time (not during gatherings), than I feel better about indulging a little more during parties.

  20. I try to control the food insanity by only eating sweets on the weekends. Weekdays, I stick to my limited carb diet. It keeps me stable weight-wise each year

  21. i eat 5 meals a day every 3 hours and try satisfying my sweet tooth with dates-cocoa-cashews balls, aka larabars homemade version!
