Vegan cooking is very new to me and these books would be a great start for me on my journey. The pictures you have shown already have my mouth watering and the cookies are possibilities I can even see my three year old picky eater giving a go….I am especially interested in the recipe for the homemade thin mints as those have always been a favorite and a naughty indulgence that perhaps could turn into a not so naughty treat in the future with the help of these books. Thanks so much for the giveaway and the chance to have two great new resources on my journey to be not just healthier but more conscientious on so many levels.
