    I have just begun to appreciate the flavor combinations in Thai cooking. Crispy Chicken with garlic Thai is the current recipe I am trying to master. Next will be Spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce…. oh, the combinations are endless…. Yum!

    I make risotto a lot (cheap, filling, easy to stash veggies in it), and I’ve always wondered if I could jazz up the flavors and do some fusion with a little Thai red curry paste.
