$100 Swanson Vitamins Shopping Spree and Coconut Oil Giveaway

Feeling a little broke lately? Would $100 bucks help you?

It’s your lucky day because one lucky winner is going to win $100 to spend at Swanson Vitamins

$100

Or maybe you’ve been wanting to try Coconut Oil and haven’t gotten around to it.

Included in the giveaway is a 54-ounce jar of Certified 100% Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. That’s a very generously-sized jar of coconut oil – three and a half pounds of coconut oil!

“Make a healthy change in your kitchen—stock your cupboard with raw Swanson Extra Virgin Coconut Oil! Naturally 100% free of carbohydrates, coconut oil is perfect for cooking! It is a natural source of lauric acid, the same kind found in mother’s milk, along with capric and caprylic acids. These medium-chain fatty acids are metabolized quickly for use as an energy source rather than being stored as fat, so cooking with coconut oil is perfect for any low-carb diet plan. Our Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is minimally processed to bring you the flavor and aroma of fresh coconuts while retaining all of the oil’s natural nutritional goodness.

This versatile oil can be added to smoothies, used to sauté vegetables or to replace butter in baking—even on toast! Take it out of the kitchen and use coconut oil in place of lotion or shaving cream. Check out the reviews to see all the different ways people have found to enjoy the health benefits of Swanson Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.”

Swanson Health Products sells discount vitamins and supplements, organic foods, natural skincare products, homeopathic remedies and more at the lowest possible prices.

I just bought 8 jars of swanson coconut oil, but I would love some more. I use it inside and out, and have turned my family on to it too. We love it, and are trying to fight age relatled demential with it. Better that than Alzheimer meds down the road.

I love coconut oil and Swanson vitamins!!!! I try to buy all of my oils, and vitamins from them whenever I can. They definitely have the best prices and selection for health food supplies online. My favorite thing to make with coconut oil for my mom and I is 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup heavy cream, and 1 1/2 cup of 64% dark chocolate chips. Melt all the ingredients together in a small sauce pan on low heat and then put the mixture in a foil lined pan. Pop it in the fridge or freezer until set. Then you have the most amazing dark chocolate coconut oil truffles!!!! :)

I have heard so many good things about coconut oil, I would definitely try the chocolate kale recipe you have up there. I have a three year old who will not eat vegetables. If I have to cover leafy greens in chocolate for him to eat them well then so be it. $100 dollars to use for Swansons, they have so many items I would try to get a little of everything.

Broke doesn’t even begin to describe my life right now. I am just finishing my master’s degree this month and am in some big debt because of it. I have a great full-time job but if one looked at my pay stubs, they would wonder how I live. Paid for my last two orders on swanson.com with my credit card. Not good, since I consolidated last year in February and am paying that off now. Life is pretty great, otherwise. I love my Swanson supplements. My sister raves about coconut oil but I have never used it before.

We have used Swansons for a lot of our supplements. My husband and I both are trying to eat better, and add in good fats/oils to our cooking since he has been battling high triglycerides, cholesterol. Our doctor has told us about cocunut oil/grapeseed oil and we have been using both for a few months. However we have not been making a lot of desserts due to his recently being put on high blood pressure medicine so we are doing the DASH DIET. Would like to win some free products to helpus on our wellness journey. As our doctor tells us we’re too young to have these problems because we are only in our early forties, who h is true.New day/New things to try,but if coconut oil is as good as coconut milk then we can’t go wrong.
