    I love Alexia Foods products!!! They are great! Have you ever tried the mixed vegetables roasted in sage infused olive oil? I tried them and fell in love, and as my luck goes, I have not been able to find them anywhere in town since then,which was about 6months ago!! I am still looking , they are that good.     I love sweet potatoes (yams) just about anyway they are fixed. Mashed with brown sugar and butter, fries or staraight out of the oven with some salt and butter.

    I am obsessed with sweet potatoes so I would love to try the rolls! My favorite way to eat them is roasted with olive oil and a little honey & cinnamon.
