  1. My favorite protein rich snack is cottage cheese! You can mix in savory or sweet toppings depending on your mood. I mix in cocoa powder and stevia a lot. May sound bizarre but I promise it is delicious!

  27. I rely on quinoa, lots of beans and lentils and soy products at home. When travelling, I always try to bring protein bars as “insurance”.

  28. YUM! Love their products. Their bars are delicious. Right now I like to put either protein powder or peanut flour in my oatmeal for extra protein.

  29. I find ways to up my protein intake everyday — in the morning, I mix together 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup water, 1 egg white, and a half of a banana. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir, and add skim milk and honey to taste! You end up with about 1/2 carbs, 1/2 protein in terms of nutrition. Delicious! I also make a killer Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake — Place 8 or so ice cubes, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 medium banana, 1-2 scoops protein powder, 2 tablespoons of PB2, and a tsp or so of vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth. Amazingggg, I promise!

  32. Getting enough protein in my diet is something that I frequently struggle with. To try to remedy this, I have recently included protein shakes (including the delicious Pure Protein ones!) as one of my afternoon snacks.     Well actually the best way that i like to incorporate protein into mydiet is by boiling the whole egg,then peeling the shell off and eating the egg that way sprinkled with a little salt too. it may sound weird but it tastes good for me.
