Measuring spoons! Cutting boards also pretty essential, and I love the idea of a reversible one!

Love the cutting board & spatula/spoon! My fave kitchen gadget would have to be my IKEA shredder/grater. I always shred my own cheese, and this has been a lifesaver! The bottom has a rubber grip so it works on the counter, but it is also just the right size for my hand if I want to hold it while I shred. It also works awesome for shredding carrots, potatoes, and I’m sure many other things I haven’t tried yet. Highly recommend this! http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50153180/

Thanks for offering such a fun giveaway!

My slap-chopper is something I use all the time. I am too impatient to dice things into tiny pieces by hand and it makes it easy to cook for my boyfriend who likes the taste of onion but doesn’t like the texture of larger pieces. I can chop it into a paste in a minute and not worry about it.

My kitchen can’t-do-without-it is my food scale. ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL when on a severely medically-restricted dietary regimen! In close second place: my ridiculously well-stocked spice cabinet, which is ALSO critical to making a severely medically-restricted dietary regimen PALATABLE :)

These things look great! I would use these everyday in my kitechen! One thing I can not live without in my kitchen is my measuring cups. I don’t always measure everything because some of the most perfect recipes are ones where you just throw things together and you don’t measure. But the measuring cups I have are collapsable. I love them!

I really like using a pie guide, a plastic sheet that has the circles for all the pie sizes on it. I put my piece of wax paper over it then roll out the crust and using the guide can roll the crust to exact size. Also has rectangles. This is my 3rd one in 40 some years. The 1st was a hand me down from my mother , that was a tupperware…it cracked and got a new one. 4 years ago that cracked and my son bought me this one, a different brand. I make lots of pies, sometimes 3 at a time, like I did for Easter, so it does get lots of use.
