I’ve been on a chia pudding kick (again) lately. 2 Tablespoons chia seeds to 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. add 1-2 Tablespoons each: cocoa, maple syrup, unsweetened shredded coconut, hemp seeds. mix, taste to see if it’s sweet enough, let sit in the frig overnight. serve over berries, banana or fruit of choice with chopped pecans sprinkled on top.
