    Wow. Needless to see, this has to make an appearance in my kitchen soon. I would use the Natural Calm. I have A LOT of anxiety, and while working out helps, I still have rough moments. Especially in the sleep department!!

    I also take a bath and soak and also go for a walk.

    When I’m stressed, I try to get as quiet as I can (if I can) for a few minutes and breathe deeply. I find a place to be alone. If I can’t do any of that, I brew a cup of tea with chamomile or other soothing herbs.

    When I get stressed…I tend to want to work out a lot, which ends up making me sleep like a baby. I also start drinking more water, if I get too stressed my Psoriasis flairs up in my eyebrows.

    During stressful times, I actually drink lots of coffee. Usually I fill my days with too much, so it helps me push through and get everything done (as weird as that sounds).

    Usually I’m so stressed in the day that I have trouble turning my brain off at night. I try to take a step back and breathe, usually drinking tea helps too!

    I find drinking a cup of tea calming. I see these drinks have magnesium in them and I always have problems with leg cramps. So they might help. I think the lemon raspberry sounds good.

    When I need to stay calm I try to focus on something other than what is stressing me. Sometimes putting ice on my neck helps to distract me. : )
