  1. When I’m stresed, I like to take a few minutes to calm down and go on a little walk or bike ride.

  2. I run and do yoga when I’m stressed. And in general just going outside helps. I would love to try the calm raspberry lemon!

  20. i would definitely benefit most from the natural calm during my pregnancy that just started. it was one of the only things that helped me during my first pregnancy when all of my digestive tract became tight and rigid because of pregnancy hormones and made it difficult for food to move along. it relaxed my digestive tract and made my pregnancy so much better from that point on. would love to win this give-away!!! thanks for offering it!

  24. I really need this product! Didn’t know about it. I don’t get a good nights sleep, which makes me feel like I am sleep walking all day. I drink coffee a lot, which I really don’t like to do so much, but it helps keep me alert. Would love to try this product.

  26. When I’m stressed, I go out and pound the pavement with some running, and if that doesn’t work, I try to talk about what’s going on to a good friend over a nice glass of wine!

  38. I try to practice deep diaphragmatic breathing when I start to feel stressed and mindfully meditate through breathing. I’ll also try to drink warm lemon water

  41. When I get stressed, really really stressed…. I bake in my kitchen. The kitchen is my happy place, and baking relaxes me.

Remember the little things, blessings, opportunities, acts of love. Sometimes, things get us down, but they WILL pass. I don’t want the same to be said about my relationships or my confidence in myself.
