    I use mine for mixing heavy casseroles, cookies, pizza crust … never looked back to my hand mixer once I started using the stand! I would love to be able to give this to my mom — she loves mine and now really wants her own!

    I’d probably make sweet yeast breads, like cinnamon rolls. Sticky dough is otherwise hard to work with!

    I would have to say cake or cupcakes so I have an excuse to make lots of extra frosting…or maybe I would skip the cake part and just make the frosting lol, who needs an excuse! :)

    I would make pretty much anything with the stand mixer! My husband and I just bought our first house, and this is on the top of my list of things I want but couldn’t have in our tiny apartment before!

    I have wanted one of these for so long, I have a muscle wasting disorder and have such a difficult time mixing cookie dough, bread dough and so many other things this would make it so much easier!

    I’d probably use it to mix up a batch of my boyfriend’s favorite chocolate chip cookies! And then I’d use it in preparing Mother’s Day brunch for my mom.

    I love the bright red color!! I would make my Banana Butterscotch Oatmeal cookies with dates and pecans or maybe, since it’s still a little chilly here, I would whip up a Sour cream coffee cake for one last cool Sunday brunch.

    I would make everything that can be taxing or time-consuming by hand… beating egg whites for cakes, beating large quantities of whipping cream, kneading bread dough…and much more!

    I would make the butter mints! I love those things, but they’re so hard to find in stores and kind of spendy, so going homemade and fun with this bright red stand mixer would be the perfect afternoon activity!
