I’ve had your Blueberry and Cream Cheese Muffin-Top Bread bookmarked to try for the longest time, and I have a bunch of frozen blueberries I’d like to use up before the fresh local blueberries come into the market this summer, so now would be the time!

Oh, that cake did not escape my notice! LOL. That one is also on my must-make list. Lucky me–I live in Maine, where those tiny over-the-top delicious wild blueberries grow everywhere. I’m always on the lookout for good blueberry recipes, especially cakes and breads. Thanks!

I think everyone has! The strawberry rolls I made in May were a spinoff on those! I still want to make them but it’s a 4-5 cups of flour recipe. We’ve discussed those types before :)

I would add the cheese to a veggie frittata made with fresh veggies from my framers market. I use there butter and mix it with olive oil to make a healthier butter spread.
