I’m semi-obsessed with all things peanut butter… so your cook book is my dream! Peanut butter makes everything better :)

I have also recently decided that the one thing my kitchen is missing is a food processor (no idea how I don’t have one already) so this giveaway right up my alley.

My favorite way to eat peanut butter is actually on toast. Lately I’ve been making toasted PB sandwiches with baby spinach. So good! Don’t knock it until you try it. ;)

I love anything peanut butter! There is nothing like the classic peanut butter on toast, but I love any combination of chocolate and peanut butter!

I have never had a food processor before, so I would absolutely love to have one so that I can make some of your homemade nut butters!

I would use the new food processor to replace my stone-age, inherited, 1970′s food processor that weighs 20lbs. I use our food processor to make all of my pie crusts, a darn good coffee cake and my laundry detergent. :) A new food processor would be a welcome addition!

One of my favorite ways to use peanut butter is with potato candy.
Potato candy is a mashed potato mixed with powdered then flattened out like a pie crust. Once flatten, you can put honey or peanut butter and jelly, then roll it so it’s sort of like a cinnamon roll. Then cut into pieces.

    Good example:

    Hello Averie!

I want to cook and eat everything that’s on your website! You must workout like crazy to look so fit!
Anyway, I plan on making my own peanut/almond butter and I’ve read reviews saying that the Cuisinart DLC-2ABC Mini-Prep Plus is not powerful enough to accomplish the task. Is that the one you are using for your PB and does it work well or you only use the Magimix one?
Should I buy something more powerful?
Thank You sooo much for your time and wonderful recipes!

I only use my Magimix and swear by it. It’s such a workhorse and I’ve since tried other food processors when I’ve been traveling and they just don’t compare. You would be able to make the nut butter in the Cusinart I’m sure; but the Magimix is truly in a league of its own!
