I made them with the new Pillsbury Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, which is the best gluten-free baking product I’ve ever tried.

I wish I had one of these right now. Two ingredients and 13 minutes later, you just can’t go wrong.

    Since going gluten-free I really miss pizza – so I think pizza will be the first thing I’ll make. But I miss pie too. Maybe a great fruit pie for dessert to go with my pizza.
