    I. Love. Chia!
I eat Chia Seeds in everything! Love the thickening effect in smoothies, and one of my fave concoctions is to mix a spoonful of PB into some greek yogurt, then add chia seeds and allow that to thicken into a delightful peanut-buttery mousse! Yumm!

Seriously can not wait to try these!!! I had a sickness scare recently where I was showing all the signs and symptoms of Celiac and a few other diseases. Me from a few weeks ago would be pleased these are not only gluten-free, but also organic and vegan! Still pretty excited about those “features,” (if you will) and can’t wait to have a new on-the-go nutritious snack!
