  1. I would love to win Barre3! I’ve been meaning to buy it for months now. I’m interested in sculpting long, lean muscles using your body weight instead of hand weights. It would help to balance out my running!

  2. I would love to win this! I walk to work every morning, which helps balance out the cupcakes I love so much and take a lunchtime yoga class once a week, in addition to training for a marathon right now!

  4. I store up my favorite shows on the dvr and tell myself I’m not allowed to watch them unless I’m on the treadmill. Of course, when I’m being super lazy, this means our dvr fills up really fast!

  7. My favorite way to incorporate fitness into my life is through creating a habit of it :) That is definitely my most effective method!

  8. I love running outside in trails through the woods or going to group aerobics classes!

  9. My fave way of working out is at home doing super challenging, but not so time consuming workouts! I like to switch it up pretty much everyday, with mostly bodyweight exercises, and some weights+cardio. Usually they take me between 15-25 minutes average. :)

  16. I would like to win bc I LOVE pilates but have never tried barre before. I also use a lot of DVDs (my at home gym) to squeeze in fitness when I can’t make it to the gym, and especially in the winter when it is too cold to venture out, so these would get a lot of use!
