  13. My favorite breakfast right now is Bob’s Red Mill Museli (cooked on stove)with a tablespoon of puree pumpkin mixed in and some pumpkin spice sprinkled on top. Very filling with 8 grams of proteins with the nuts and seeds! Looking for a good Museli recipe I can make gluten free currently!

  14. My favorite breakfast is oatmeal, oatmeal, oatmeal. I can’t get enough of it! I love to eat it with ground flaxseeds mixed in topped with berries, nuts and soymilk.

  15. Hi. My usual breakfast is multigrain flax cereal with hemp, chia & flax seeds, cacao nibs, bananas and/or blueberries & soy milk. Yum. If that isn’t available I have Overnight oats with a variety of yummy ingredients. I have a lot of favorite snacks, but if it has peanut butter AND chocolate, I’ll probably opt for that. But I do enjoy a nice cold bowl of watermelon this time of year.

  16. My favorite healthy snack includes either greek yogurt mixed with fruit and mixed nuts, a protein bar and fruit, a homemade cookie, or hot/cold cereal (such as oatmeal with syrup and nutbutter)

  24. My v. favorite healthy breakfast would probably be egg white omelet with spinach, tomato, and some feta!! Toss in a side of rye toast and voila, I’m a happy clam!

  25. My favorite breakfast is always overnight oats. I change the ingredients every day and it feels like a different (healthy) indulgence each time. My favorite recently was coconut milk, cocoa powder, and shredded coconut to make an almond joy flavor. :)
