  3. All of the family functions stress me out. I destress by reminding myself that I don’t have to see them the rest of the year! ;)

  4. I “like” you on Facebook.

  5. I pinned your puppy chow just today!

  6. Something that stresses me out are the many commitments I find myself making. It’s a season of giving, but this time of year I tend to give TOO much of myself, not leaving me time to do things for me and re-energize. Saying “no” once in a while is ok, but I still have a problem allowing myself to do that. It helps to exercise to relieve a little of the pressure.

  7. Buying presents for everyone stresses me out because I usually wait until the last minute….oops
Working out is my stress relief, thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

  8. Hustle and bustle sends my blood pressure up and I de-stress in a hot epsom salt bath!

  9. Oh my goodness — I know I just won something but I could totally use this! I’m stressed because I’m balancing work with trying to find more jobs while my husband is going through finals at school — plus there’s the holidays!
I make time for myself once a week for acupuncture (I found a great sliding scale place) and also weekly I go to a Meditation Sangha…those two things keep me grounded. Meditation is something I try to do every day to help with stress and anxiety.

  10. My stress reliever is yoga. Doing yoga helps me relax and think about only me for one hour

  11. Family drama and gatherings stress me out. I’ve started using deep breathing to help me relax and it’s pretty powerful!

  12. Not having enough time in the day to do all the fun things I want to do stressed me out!

    Great giveaway!

  14. The crowds overwhelm me. Everywhere you go, its so crowded! I try my best to get my shopping done early and plan ahead so trips to the store are minimal. Making a list is my way of keeping stress at bay because I know exactly what needs to get done!

  15. I like you on FB =)

  16. holidays in general stress me out. i love them, but i go crazy. my bp rises, i get cranky and tired. one thing that always destresses me is yoga.

  17. I am a grad student and stressed about finals!

  19. This is just so wonderful. During this time of year I’m stressed out about money :(

  20. Trying to be everywhere at once between my family and my husband’s stresses me out, and the possibility of having to travel in the snow. To destress I try to keep my routine of exercise and mostly healthy eats as much as possible, then kick back and relax with a glass of wine wherever we might be!

  21. I have tweeted, liked everything etc…

what stresses me out Ignorant people, stupid people.. they seem to come out more so during the holiday time.. you just dont make a right hand turn from the left hand turn lane with on coming traffic…. no no no..

to releave stress… think of somthing you like ( like me it is the beach) so I picture walking on the beach with the waves hitting the sand, my other thing is to remember to breath…
