    my favorite comfort food is “if you ONLY knew i wasnt cookie dough”

    garbanzo beans
    dark cocoa powder
    vanilla extract
    (a bit of OJ or sugar free apple sauce if needed to blend more smoothly)

    process all until desired consistenecy.. tastes like chocolate cookie dough
    add nuts too if you wish or carob pieces.

  10. Oh gosh, this book would be perfect for me right now. Not only am I (obviously) mostly vegan, but I’m going gluten-free right now to see how it helps my health issues. I’ve never gone out of my way to avoid gluten in the past, so this GF world is still somewhat new to me.

    My fave comfort food dish is probably a spicy curry. Unorthodox, I know :)
