  16. Love Green Smoothies! In my oppinion there is no better way to get your vegis in!

    My go to green smoothie is as follows- almond milk, flax seeds (or chia depending on my mood), maca powder, chocolate wheatgrass powder mix, raw cacao, vanilla stevia, canned pumpkin and spinach. Sometimes I add peppermint extract for a refreshing twist.

  17. I am a big fan of strawberry, banana, pineapple and vanilla protein powder. Of course, I have to throw in some flax seeds, psyllium husks and bee pollen too.

    I love the name of your purple rain smoothie and it looks delish so I may have to give that one a try. Smoothies are my favorite thing to chug down after a run or bootcamp work out!

  20. My favorite green smoothie is spinach, frozen banana, 1/2 C grapes, and frozen coconut. It is amazing!

  21. My Favorite Smoothie is the Green Love Machine
    1 banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp of mint leaves, 2 cups spinach, 1 1/2 cup coconut milk, and 1 huge cup of LOVE!! Keeps me running all day :)

  23. yum! I love nearly all kind of smoothies. Especially those that have been blended in a Vitamix ;)
    2 ingredients that I put in all my smoothies: baby spinach and some sort of “power food”, e.g. Trader Joe´s Superfood berry powder mix, chlorella or spirulina.
