  16. Love Green Smoothies! In my oppinion there is no better way to get your vegis in!

    My go to green smoothie is as follows- almond milk, flax seeds (or chia depending on my mood), maca powder, chocolate wheatgrass powder mix, raw cacao, vanilla stevia, canned pumpkin and spinach. Sometimes I add peppermint extract for a refreshing twist.

  17. I am a big fan of strawberry, banana, pineapple and vanilla protein powder. Of course, I have to throw in some flax seeds, psyllium husks and bee pollen too.

    I love the name of your purple rain smoothie and it looks delish so I may have to give that one a try. Smoothies are my favorite thing to chug down after a run or bootcamp work out!

  20. My favorite green smoothie is spinach, frozen banana, 1/2 C grapes, and frozen coconut. It is amazing!

  21. My Favorite Smoothie is the Green Love Machine
    1 banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp of mint leaves, 2 cups spinach, 1 1/2 cup coconut milk, and 1 huge cup of LOVE!! Keeps me running all day :)

  23. yum! I love nearly all kind of smoothies. Especially those that have been blended in a Vitamix ;)
    2 ingredients that I put in all my smoothies: baby spinach and some sort of “power food”, e.g. Trader Joe´s Superfood berry powder mix, chlorella or spirulina.

  26. Oh this book looks great! I love smoothies. I really would like to get into juicing but just can’t pull the trigger on a juicer, especially with my small kitchen. So smoothies it is! I like a combo of milk, Greek yogurt, kale or spinach, frozen banana, and frozen berries. Sometimes I throw in some chia or flax for good measure ;)

    I always use unsweetened almond milk in my smoothies, less carbs, more flavor and good for you!

  29. OMG, I LOVE green smoothies. Favorite smoothie? Varies so often, but lately I’m loving coconut milk, avocado, banana, and vanilla. Maybe some spinach or other leafy green thrown in for good (nutritional) measure.

  30. Frozen banana and greens are always a must. And here is my personal favourite that I created recently: Carrot Cake Green Monster . . . because why not have carrot cake for breakfast?

  31. My favorite is spinach, 1 banana, pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 an avocado, 3 dates, and raw sweet potato! It’s delicious!

  33. Banana, blueberries, strawberries, hemp seeds and kale, blended with 1/2 unsweetened chocolate almond milk and 1/2 water. Yum!

  39. My favorite smoothie really just depends. A banana is essential in every smoothie, and my second favorite ingredient is coconut milk. Those two combined with other fruit, and vanilla protein powder, is a good smoothie! I also posted the giveaway on twitter and repinned something from Pinterest :-)

  47. My favorite smoothie always changes but the base is the same: spinach, sunwarrior, almond milk, part of frozen banana. My favorite add in’s are the moment are frozen peaches, blackberries, and flax.
