  1. Ooooh I love simple fruit sorbets best of all! The standard frozen banana soft serve is great, especially with a splash of almond and/or vanilla extract, but I made the BEST variation in my brand new ice cream maker! Frozen banana chunks, blueberries, blended up in the food processor with a little vanilla. Simple soft serve. But now, put THAT in the ice cream maker and churn it into a light, easy to scoop, amazing awesomeness! Enjoy as is, with simple raw chocolate sauce, or in an easy ice cream sandwich with simple raw cookies made from almonds, dates, and optional cacao or ginger and cinnamon. My new absolutely favorite thing ever. I ate the whole batch myself!
