I recently received Hannah Kaminsky of Bittersweet’s latest book, Vegan a la Mode: More Than 100 Frozen Treats for Every Day of the Year (published by Skyhorse Publishing)

Hannah Kaminsky has developed an international following for her delicious vegan recipes and mouthwatering food photography at bittersweetblog.com

Now, she shares some of her newest ice cream, frozen yogurt, and sorbet recipes. This is a cookbook that any dessert lover will enjoy and all the recipes are vegan and completely cholesterol-free. No eggs or cream are necessary to create rich, delicious, and scrumptious cold treats.

When I talk to Hannah, I am constantly impressed by her kindness and generosity of spirit. She is such a sweet person – just a total doll!

And when I go to her blog or her professional photography website (she shoots her own photography for her books, which is all simply stunning), I am always blown away by her extremely creative recipes and gorgeous photos, including:
