I love coffee and this machine has been great for those times where I need my morning java in a hurry and in 60 seconds I have coffee in hand. It’s also been nice for afternoon pick-me-ups when I need one cup, not a whole pot, of coffee. And it makes car-trip coffee a breeze.

One of my favorite coffee drinks, especially this time of year, is a Pumpkin Spice Latte (vegan, GF) – Brewing one cup of coffee in one minute in the machine, and adding the pumpkin milk mixture to the coffee is easy for an at-home pumpkin spice latte in minutes

I also love Vanilla Iced Coffee

I always add coffee to chocolate-based desserts because it brings out and enhances the chocolate flavor, but doesn’t actually make the dessert taste like coffee. You won’t end up with ‘coffee cake’ in the literal sense, not to worry.

These Fudgy Nutella Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting are richer and more decadent with just a splash of coffee added to the one-bowl, easy and fast batter. It’s the brownie base recipe that all my other brownie creations are derived from. I never cheat on this recipe because it produces the best, fudgiest, and densest brownies for those who love a really fudgy and not cakey brownie

Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache – Made with one-bowl and a whisk, no mixer required. This is my go-to chocolate cake recipe and the cake is very chocolaty and has the springy and spongy nature of a cake-mix cake, but is made from scratch in minutes. Coffee plays a critical role in flavoring the batter and intensifying and enhancing the chocolate flavor

  1. I’ve owned a Keurig single cup coffee maker now for almost 6 months and I must say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made to date. Not only can I have a single cup of coffee in under a few minutes but the best part is, I don’t need to make an entire pot of coffee to get my fresh brewed cup of coffee each day. Fabulous Machine.

    Thanks,
    Niesco

  2. I repin from your pinterest often and of course did so again today, I cant wait to try your 3 ingredient margarita recipe. Im G free and its hd to find mixes without added ingredients Im trying to avoid.

  3. I already follow you on Pinterest, love your pins. The cranberry bliss bar copycat is one of my favorite recipes!

  4. Im a huge fan of coffee and tea, especially chai. I love to make my own drinks at home and sip leisurely while reading the news or to take with me in the car; and I always top them with homemade whipped cream. I havent tried a lot of flavored creamers but of tge ones I have, i really like the Almond Joy one, and basically anything chocolate. Yum!

  5. I attend a rather small church and it would be ideal for the coffee fellowship following services.

  6. I love a good cup of coffee that isn’t too strong. I love a nice vanilla or hazelnut flavored coffee. I like to make lattes and then decorate the foam! This machine would get the job done fabulously!

  7. Perfect cup of coffee is vanilla hazelnut beans, ground to powder, placed in the basket, and brewed so dark and rich that the smell alone gets my taste-buds doing the rumba.

  8. My perfect cup of coffee with anything sweet (especially chocolate) is just a cup of plain
American black coffee. For a cup without anything sweet to go with it, I absolutely love a French Vanilla Capacinno.
