Pair of Deluxe Kitchen Spatulas Giveaway

The Spatula by GIR is my new favorite little kitchen tool and new favorite spatula.

Created for both cooking and baking, the GIR Spatula is designed to mix, stir, fold and sauté foods at any temperature.

Made from heavy-duty molded silicone, it is heat-resistant up to 464°F. Its sturdy, non-slip handle does not get hot to the touch, melt, or burn when used for high-heat cooking.

MY OTHER RECIPES

What I like most about it is it’s strong but flexible blade that provides the optimum balance between flexibility and firmness, helping me to tackle dry mixes and wet batters, scrape bowls, and manipulate solids and liquids in pans, bowls, pots and plates. It allows me get in nooks and crannies, like under the rim of a can of sweetened condensed milk or under the blade of my food processor, and are great for spreading batter into tight corners of baking pans.

Dishwasher-Safe and nearly indestructible. Its unibody silicone construction makes it easy to clean and super sanitary; there are no nooks or crevices for food to get caught in.

Available in eleven bright and vibrant colors

  1. I’d make brownies!

  2. I use spatulas for everything!! Main dishes, side dishes, desserts, dips, everything!!

  3. Use spatulas everyday. Last time was for muffins. The next thing would be to try your Lemon Bars. Love, love lots of lemon flavor! Like your daughter, I eat the lemons and limes in all my drinks–and used to eat lemons like oranges! But watch she doesn’t eat too many–the acid actually removed some of the enamel from my front teeth! CJ

  4. I’ve ended up using my spatulas for everything…even when I should be using a spoon, ha ha, drives my husband crazy.

  5. The first thing I would make with my new spatula would be a lovely dessert for my family. Would like to try your Strawberry Vanilla Cake for Valentine’s Day, Thanks.

  6. I use spatulas most often to cook eggs!

  7. Love spatulas for all baking, but most recently – banana bread. And since I have twins, and they are having two birthday parties (!), I will be using them for frosting and birthday cakes!

  8. I’m a spatula-a-holic! I used two this afternoon alone on a fresh pico de gallo recipe and on a super fab spinach and artichoke dip that I spread over flattened crescent roll dough! To die for! And I’d love to have some of these gorgeous gems to spice up my kitchen!

  9. I love making cakes, but I probably use spatulas most often to make eggs (like this Almond Eggplant & Spinach Omelet I just wrote about on my blog: http://floptimism.blogspot.com/2013/01/almond-spinach-eggplant-omelet-with.html). They’re so much better than a standard spatula/turner when it comes to eggs!

  10. I think these would be great for incorporating stuff into a big chunky dough like a chocolate chip and but cookie dough.

  11. I will probably mix up a batch of granola

  12. Happy to discover Averie Cooks!

  13. I would make (for the third time in 3 weeks) your Chocolate Chip and Chunk Cookies. I made my first batch for Christmas and now everyone wants some! I can’t tell you how many people have contacted me after seeing them on my FoodRevCincy Twitter account. They are the best!

  14. I want spatulas that work and don’t lose their top part after a few uses!

  15. COOKIES!!!

  16. I love these spatulas! I would probably make some brownies or something sweet!

  17. I love using them to make scrambled eggs.

  18. Brownie Bites, Yum

  19. Cookies!

  20. I would make a tofu scramble followed by some chocolate chip cookies!

  21. I use spatulas all the time, so hard to say what I would use a new one for. I used one today when browning ground beef for beef stroganof. I love getting new spatulas. Can never have enough!

  22. I use spatulas the most in my kitchen! I think I’ll probably be using them for some veggie and egg scrambles first!

  23. I’d use them to make cookies!

  24. I would use them to make cupcakes!

  25. I will probably make brownies first. I love using flexible spatulas like these to make sure that the batter is all mixed and to scrape all of the batter from the bowl easily.
