  1. I am a runner, so I run regularly while getting some circuit training in there as well to strengthen my legs! I also try to eat foods that will properly fuel my body but I don’t shy away from the occasional treat–I find that if I try to “diet” then I just end up on an unhealthy binge after.

  2. i try and stay balanced by incorporating fitness and healthy cooking into our family time

  3. Since I don’t exercise (I know, I know, but I don’t enjoy it), I just try to eat as healthy as I can, avoiding highly processed foods.

  4. I run every day on my lunch break.

  5. I avoid carbs as much as possible and exercise after work every day!

  6. I maintain a strong inner monologue about my exercise and eating choices. I choose to focus on that voice when I get overwhelmed during a particularly hard cardio class (focusing on my goals and needs, rather than what the instructor suggests I do, since I’m just starting out) and afterward, when I’m tempted to go get takeout instead of making dinner at home. Once I can overcome the hurdles, it’s a lot easier than I thought to make better choices, dig deeper and try harder, so I focus on that voice and building its strength and credibility over time.

  7. I stay healthy by working out every morning, fitting in an evening gym session if I can, and always keeping my fridge stocked with fruits and veggies (and not processed foods). I also take baths as often as I can to relieve sore muscles and force myself to relax and clear my mind!

  8. eat breakfast daily

  9. I stay healthy by drinking mostly water and eating balanced meals with healthy snacks.

  10. I drink a lot of water, make sure I get enough sleep, and have fruits and veggies with each meal. I’d love to have another bike, my last one finally bit the dust and it would be fun to go riding with my daughter!

  11. I try to exercise moderation.

  14. I eat breakfast daily and try to eliminate stress

  15. I try to stay healthy by running most days of the week. I have recently incorporated RPM (a les mills class) into my routine, and I LOVE it. I would love to be able to ride an actual bike on some of the local trails! What an amazing give away!

  16. To be healthy I try to eat as cleanly as possible – lots of water, fruits (bananas!), and lean protein.

  17. Believe it or not, I simply socialize a lot to stay in shape! By feeling good by being with others, I easily eat really healthy and stay in shape :-)

  18. I eat healthy snacks throughout the day and drink a TON of water. also lots of green tea :) My favorites are veggies and hummus, apples, banana with almond/peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, cheese and grapes.

  19. Morning meditation. :)

  20. Lots of sleep, regular exercise, tasty & healthy meals & balancing alone time with socializing. Above all else? Listening to my body & soul to give it what it needs.

  22. We stay healthy by eating lots of fruits and veggies. I also try to workout 20 minutes a day.

  23. I stay on track and healthy because I love it, not because I make myself. It is my life. I workout daily and I eat healthy. There is no “off track”.

  24. I stay healthy and balanced by regularly exercising, drinking a lot of water and avoiding processed foods.
