  1. I start the day with a bowl of oatmeal and oj and drink several glasses of water and take multi vitamins and try to walk several times a week at our local park

  2. Exercise!! And healthy eating. But exercise is easy for me. I really have to plan my meals

  3. For me to stay healthy, I try to exercise 30 minutes a day, even if it is a short walk broken down to a couple times a day and I drink a ton of water!! I try to get in at least 12 cups a day!! Loving the dansai water drops. I have never sen them!!

  4. I do yoga and jogging daily plus drink a lot of water.

  5. The best way for me to stay balanced is cardio. I have to run almost everyday. I also like to put Aria protein powder in just about everything to stay fueled!

  6. We try to stay healthy by following doctor’s advice, avoiding fast food and convenience food, and exercising daily.

    I try to walk regularly (and hoping to increase my speed instead of just strolling around the track) and I’m trying to prioritize and make better use of my time (which should cut-down on stress).

  10. I love walking so I pretty much walk everywhere and it’s a great way to clear my head and de-stress. I also eat a healthy diet, but I think it’s important to allow yourself to indulge every now and then and I drink plenty of water, which is either with lemon (hot and cold) or with cranberry juice.

  11. Eating healthy, taking multivitamins, drinking lots of water, and trying to walk regularly helps me to stay healthy for myself and my family.

  12. I’ve started making a green smoothie everyday for my kids and myself, I’ve also, now that the weather is slightly warmer, begun taking my dogs on longer walks.

  13. Sometimes it’s difficult to stay healthy since I’m a college student with little money, but I work within my means to buy and create wholesome meals and exercise regularly. Today I did a 4 hour hike (we made a wrong turn) my buns are killing me! :D

    I try to hit the gym or go for a run at least 5 days a week. I also try to eat well 80% of the time and treat myself to the occasional sweets, fried foods, and other necessities that are quite indulgent. I’m a huge fan of making my own granola to try and cut out a lot of the added sugar ans syrups in store bought ones!

  16. I am still learning, but I stopped all sodas, started on a real food diet, and have a water in my hand at all times. I move, walk, and do yoga.

    I keep myself healthy by doing some butt,ab,and arm workouts…jeje..and by having a diet that I consider that is good :-)

  19. How do you stay healthy and balanced?

    eating right and running…ok im half right

  20. The best thing I do to stay balanced is listen to my body – in terms of workouts, nutrition, hydration, sleep, etc – it works better than anything!

  21. I start my day with warm water with the juice of half a lemon and then have a smoothie with spinach, romaine, celery, banana, apple, pear, water and lemon juice. It gives me a burst of energy and helps my focus. I follow with exercise and then have my first meal.

  22. I stay healthy and balanced by eating right, getting enough sleep, spending time outdoors & getting as much exercise as I can squeeze in, albeit that isn’t as much as I would like.

  23. I stay healthy and balanced by drinking two cups of water upon rising, praying, and doing yoga every day!

  26. Staying healthy is my number one priority on life. Since learning I have celiac about 4 years ago, I’ve tried eating and drinking healthier. The main portion of my healthier lifestyle is drinking plenty of water. Water helps clean away toxins in the body and definitely refreshes me after my runs. As long as I keep this going, I know I can stay healthy

  27. I have the worst sweet tooth ever. I try to control my intake though, by reaching for fruit when I get the urge for something sweet

  28. I’ve added 12,000 steps/day to my schedule. With a pedometer, I can easily keep track of my steps. It’s quick & simple.

  29. Everyday I make a smoothie for breakfast full of healthful yummy ingredients. I also either complete a cardio workout or power yoga class most days of the week and drink lots of water!

  30. We eat very well balanced meals and drink lots of water. We try to get as much exercise in as we can.

    Besides my four days a week of working out, I walk as much as possible. If it’s within two miles of home, I walk it!

  41. I stay healthy by eating a protein shake every morning with lots of fruits and veggies. I exercise 1 to 2 hrs a day, and when I eat snacke or meals, make them healthy. And smile! You only get to do life once.

  44. I try to stay balanced, if I’m too rigid on my diet/workouts, I get burned out and feel stressed about it.

  45. I have to be very diligent with water intake as I have developed dry eyes and kidney stones from chronic dehydration. It is a challenge for me, but it is imperative to maintain and restore the balance for my health.
