  1. Yeah, I’ve been using this stuff for years, too. Always have it on hand. It’s my go-to at night after a busy day. My other way of de-stressing is to lay in bed with my soft and sweet cat who snuggles with me. She is a total de-stresser.

  2. To destress it really helps to go for a walk. But this stuff sounds very interesting.

  15. When I’m stressed, I try to get as quiet as I can (if I can) for a few minutes and breathe deeply. I find a place to be alone. If I can’t do any of that, I brew a cup of tea with chamomile or other soothing herbs.

  16. When I get stressed…I tend to want to work out a lot, which ends up making me sleep like a baby. I also start drinking more water, if I get too stressed my Psoriasis flairs up in my eyebrows.

  27. When I need to stay calm I try to focus on something other than what is stressing me. Sometimes putting ice on my neck helps to distract me. : )
