fried chicken would be my first project with new fangled fryer.
I love french fries but only eat a few times a year. This would definitely allow me to eat my favorites a lot more!

I would make traditional dutch croquettes for my dutch sweetie of 4 years. We have not been able to quite master them due to the frying element, but this would make them complete and a healthier traditional food :)
