  1. I just started doing green smoothies for breakfast and lunch in an effort to lose some weight. Todays was apples, kale and lemon juice. I think I need a better blender because mine was super chunky. Kind of like wet lawn clippings :(. Typically I like Coconut milk, raspberries or cherries and some spinach and chia.

  2. I love green smoothies! My two must-have ingredients in any smoothie are bananas (for sweetness and creaminess) and chia seeds.

  3. Love to drink green smoothies myself and I’d love to win the ebook! I enjoy a large handful of spinach, unsweetened almond milk, blueberries, ice, and protein powder. It’s my delicious, regular breakfast.

  4. One of the best investments I have ever made was buying a Vitamix blender. It is a life-changing appliance! Fruits, veggies, you can blend anything! Fruit smoothies are the best way to wake up in the morning.
