  3. I stayed balanced with yoga, I can get so out of whack without it. I love to go for bike rides when the weather allows. I need lots of fruits and veggies too.

  12. I have a meal prep day so that all my meals are ready for me so I am less likely to eat foods that are bad for me

  13. I workout 3 times a week and I have started drinking green smoothies. This helps me consume a higher number of the necessary vegetables and fruits each day.

  15. I take stock of my water and fruits/veggies intake a few times a day – am I getting enough? How many times have I filled up (and finished) my water bottle? Do I need more? Being mindful throughout the day helps me to strive for the balance between my nutrition intake and physical activity that my body needs!
