I love juices and recently did a Three Day Juice Cleanse with my husband. It’s had lasting positive effects on both of us. Juice and juicing is so powerful.

I also love smoothies and here are 12 Favorite Smoothie Recipes. All are vegan, gluten, and soy-free:

1. Tropical Green Smoothie (vegan, GF) – Gives me more energy that coffee and doesn’t taste green or spinachy. Tastes like a sweet, creamy pina colada from the pineapple, but just happens to be green

  1. I would love to try a cleanse. However, I don’t know if I could do it. I love to eat, way to much. :)

  2. We bought a nutribullet (which I love!) so we make a juice/smoothie daily. Today’s was bok choy, strawberries, blueberries, frozen cherries, soy milk, and I mixed in chia seeds at the end. Delish! I’d love to try a juice cleanse, too!

  3. I LOVE green juice! Green apple, swiss chard, cucumber, lemon, ginger! I also love an orange juice I make – orange, grapefruit, carrot, lemon, ginger and one apple to sweeten it up a bit!

  4. I am shopping for a juicer right now and planning on doing a juice cleanse before the end of the month. It’ll be my first one and, Averie, reading about your cleanse has been part of my inspiration to do one myself.

  5. Nothing is better than fresh squeezed orange juice. I cold drink tons of it. That would be my favorite. I just wish I had a juicer because my in-laws have an orange tree.

  6. I actually really like cranberry juice! I’d love to have a juicer, but I’ve heard they are such a pain to clean!

  7. I own a juicer and love it. My favorite is to make vege juice and then make a smoothie in my vitamix with the fresh juice. I just visited the Odwalla site and can’t wait to try these new juices. Great for kids lunches and work lunches.

  8. I love really any kind of juice and I usually add seltzer to it to make it sparkling and to cut the sugar. Thanks for the giveaway!
